It's an old film, but that is what I call a hobble skirt.
I used to be weird and kinky. But then I joined Bound Forum and became normal.

wow - where can I get one! love the addition of the arm binder on the back of the skirt, perfect! - now we need one the goes all the way up including a neck corest as well

Honestly I prefer Hobble Corset dresses over the skirt itself...much more restrictive if you know what I mean.

I concour Darqside - the more restricitve the clothing, the better, now I only wish someone would make a latex corset dress! :)

I'm sure that Lucy of TripleL Latex would make almost anything in latex to your exact requirements. Saw her at LFF today, wearing yet another superb latex outfit that she designed and made herself. http://triplel.co.uk/ The website shows only a fraction of what they can make.

Wow, that's a really hot clip! I'd love to be locked into one of those but I agree that it would be better to have one that went all the way up to the neck :D
