Sometimes a doll is required to be dressed and waiting for whatever activities the Domme desires. Here we see the doll dressed in a loose fit Harem suit designed for comfort over long periods of time.  Since this is a general service suit the doll may be required to change into other garments for specific duties as the Domme requests.

While this suit is designed to be comfortable the Domme doesn't want  the doll to be TOO comfortable so has fitted the doll in a collar along with a tight hood with goggles and nose tubes to restrict breathing. Any exertion becomes difficult so this insures that the doll is compliant and well behaved, other wise additional restrictions on the doll's comfort may be imposed.
