Not sure where to post this- has anyone any info on one of the greatest bondage fiction writers of all time, FE Cambell? Is there a web site devoted to him or any of his stories on line? I've still got one of his books- 'Bound Wrists'. It's a 'HIT publication' by HOM distributed by good old Lyndon Distributors. He's probably my favourite bondage fiction writer of all, has anyone even heard of him? I used to have 'The Adventures of Sweet Gwendoline' by John Willie amongst my collection, before I made the biggest mistake of my life & married my first wife. That book is still available- there's some sample pictures on the internet somewhere. Remember, 'the faucet of fickle fate flows on' & so forth? I'd give anything for another FE Cambell book, or a copy of one. tojo

Don't know of a web place, and yes I have a couple of his books and if you can find them they are a good read. But the books I checked were published in the early 80's I'm not even sure he is active in writing anylonger. cagedsgt

Yeah I did a search John- nothing came up, not even in Amazon, from memory. I can't say much more about him Feline- he sounds like a Brit (what is it with all these kinky Brits?) & wrote like an English gentleman, a huge series of books illustrated by Bishop -just the covers from what I've seen. They're just paperbacks. Mine was published in 1994- I can't believe there's nothing about him on the web. My book is about Donna, kidnapped by her nieces & her Aunt Janet. 'Donna was an innocent. She had the body of a goddess & all around her lusted after it, but she was an innocent in the ways of love.......' etc. etc. Unfortunately I don't have a scanner at the moment, or I could print a part of it on some site. Which books do you have cagedsgt? (you lucky bugger)tojo

He put out a bunch of great book in the 80's. Or around that time. Then there was the big shake out when a couple of anti porn groups nutted up on bondage. Bishop of HOM fame also died about that time. Seemed like things lost momentum and a lot of people backed off from selling any kinky books or mags for a while there. I never saw any thing new from him after that. Geiff Merrick and John Savage are still putting out stuff. I might still have some of there books in a box in storage. Seems like half of my life is packed away in storage right nowKGA, Strange times call for strange heros

I have quite a few of his novels, which I've collected overvthe years. Most of the covers pics were done by Bishop.

Actually I don't think FE Cambell  existed - his name was F.E. Campbell - a search under the correct spelling may  produce a number of results. He did a lot of work for HOM, and a number of stories (paperbacks) prior to this, such as:Bound Ankles,  Monica (parts 1 & 2), Melynda and Mister Wilberforce,  The Prisoner of Ismaul, The Siblings, Ransom for Miss Baldwin, Whipped Heiress, Willow, Jane in Irons, Slavery for Daphne, Cindros Island, Pandora, Caroline, Thong Song, Prarie Prisoner, Trinity Castle, No Escape, Jennifer, Diana, Cords & Nudity, The Girl in Chains, Golden Wrists, Chained Melody, Lady Constance's Prisoner, Lost Liberty, Jump Into Bondage, Ropes and Chains, Escape is Impossible, Darlene, Beloved Bonds, Iron Bars & Love, Mia Argent, Chain Me Forever, Jennifer, Margo, Punished Puss, Patsy Pendleton, Sharon, Bound Wrists, Bound Ankles, Sweet Slavery, Stolen Girl, Girl on the J-Bar-S, Pamela Prentiss, No Ransom for Miss Baldwin, Captive of The Circle X, Valley of Captive Maidens, Manacled Maiden, .... and loads more. They were mostly published by HOM though. He was writing in the 1970's with new work still being published in the mid 90's I am not sure when he died - it was pre- or early 1995 I think.FB

sorry forgot to say his books are still available (2nd hand)  butthey can fetch a good price -  £30 to  £50 or so.Age, condition etc.And some of Campbell's later work (1990's) is rumoured to have beenactually written by John Savage - after all he finished Campbell's"song of the lash" which was only partially written by Campbell at thetime of his death (Frank was 83!).FBFetishBabe38642.2875347222

I can maybe throw a little more light on F.E.Campbell although I don't know if that was his real name or an alias. He wrote a series of books featuring Fellowes The Butler, featuring mainly CP and bondage with a little fornication thrown in for good measure, that were illustrated by Bob Bishop and he was definitely a House of Milan regular. His style suggested Englishness but I would think he was probably American. The last time I saw any of his work it was being published in paperback by Olympic Press, an English company based on the Isle Of Wight but that was probably five or six years ago. If there is a retrospective website for HOM, Barbara Behr was the publisher I think, then there might be more on the man there.

As an afterthought I did a little checking. F.ECampbell was also known as Frank Campbell and he is listed alongside Geoffrey Merrick and John Savage in the HOM stable. Something I dredged out ot my memory was that one of the Fellowes series rejoiced in the title "Proud Pudenda" and the cover featured a young woman in petticoats very strictly trused into a bent over position whilst the butler of the title hovered in the background. It was a Bishop drawing I am quite sure and pretty much up to his usual standard. When I tried to check on Olympic Press however I drew a blank only coming up with a company in Altrincham who most definitely don't publish that sort of thing. I also found out that it was Barbara Behr who was responsbible for a couple of videos that were quite out of the ordinary for their time, although they were actually made by Cal -Star rather than HOM. "Pony Girls" 1 and 2 featured Pia Sands, an alias for someone whose name escapes me right now, Traci Lords and a chap called John Graham who later became J G Leathers.

Gee- thanks guys. Looks like I'll have to  start an FE Cambell tribute website myself! I guess there wouldn't be any copyright restrictions anymore. When I lived in the city there was an excellent second-hand adult book shop there, which occasionally had his books. Ah, the trials & tribulations of living (way) out in the country.....tojo

Sorry I just didn't want to see anyone put a bunch of work into that and have some distributor shut it down, or worse, sue.
