Yes, people do wear them for months - even years - at a time. They do require some changes in cleaning habits, but people adapt.

I like making toys out of Wood, Yes Wood. There is nothing like having your head locked in a padded wooden box, attached to a wooden neck and wrist stock, while standing in an ankle stock. Ooh... wrist, ankle, thigh, neck, waist perhaps. Detachable links. Very lightweight, such as PVC-infused fabric. Have to be integrated locks, or at least some way of capturing my choice of padlock.

You can also get shorts with attached hoods, so as to more-or-less force the act. They come in two slightly different styles depending on which type of genitals the person in the shorts part has.

Such timers have been available for years, but can be a bit tricky to find. I remember a gym I went to thirty years ago had just such a device for sounding the buzzer for circuit training. It was hard-wired into power, though. Have a look in stores that sell electronics kits or electrical supplies. ...

Yes, it is awfully light on quality fetish. The first time I went, I was disappointed that there was no niche stuff like balloons. Never saw them at all. Only one year did I see chastity devices - and they were just one more thing on display; no explanations or anything.

Some good points about the intersection of the Internet with merchandising. And now that I think about it, a show like Sexpo does cater mostly for those are not internet-savvy. And I don't think it knows how to remedy that.
